Global pop superstar singer/songwriter and Nashville native and resident Ke$ha has announced a flood benefit concert on June 16th at Limelight in Nashville, which is located at 201 Woodland Street. Tickets go on sale on May 6th at 5pm CST and are available starting at $30.
Those interested may purchase a special VIP ticket package that includes a meet & greet with Ke$ha available for $100. All profits from the event will go to help the families and animals affected by the flood.
Says Ke$ha, “I’m thrilled to announce that I will be playing a show to help benefit Nashville, my hometown. 100% of the profits from ticket sales will go to help the victims of these devastating floods. Nashville helped shape me as an artist and as a person and my love for this city is beyond words. I will continue to do anything I can to help rebuild this city and support the families and animals who have been affected by this tragedy.”

| Ke$ha’s party surprise |

Ke$ha was in for a surprise Saturday when she went to Cipriani 42nd Street to give a surprise performance at what she thought was a Sweet 16 party. The lavish bash was beyond ostentatious, with ballet dancers suspended from the ceiling blowing bubbles and handing out custom-made candy to guests as they arrived. “The gift bags were Juicy and had custom spray-painted sneakers in them,” said one witness. As a giant cake was wheeled out, it was announced that Ke$ha, who allegedly pocketed $50,000 for the gig, would sing two songs. “Everyone flips. Then Ke$ha wishes the girl a happy Sweet 16, and people clap, but with puzzled looks on their faces,” said our witness. “It’s not her Sweet 16. It’s her bat mitzvah.” Ke$ha was evidently misled because many artists will perform for 16-year-olds but not 13-year-olds. Ke$ha’s management company had no comment.

Pop’s latest bad girl, Ke$ha, storms into Borgata Friday night for a show with Dirt Nasty. If you’ve tuned into any pop station, you’ve likely heard “Tik Tok,” the smash single from the debut album “Animal” that rocketed her to insta-fame. But she’s not the only reason Atlantic City’s concert scene is blazing next weekend. Weezer visits Borgata Saturday night, while Showboat hosts Third Eye Blind Friday and Monica Saturday, while the Taj Mahal has Paramore Friday and Lolita Saturday. (…)
