We’re rather mystified by reports that Rihanna‘s Last Girl on Earth Tour has been struggling to sell tickets. After all, from what Ke$ha tells us, it sounds like the can’t-miss show of the summer.

“We have slumber parties and pillow fights and we braid each other’s hair a lot,” Ke$ha laughed. “We talk about boys, naked.”

Not much is off-limits to Kesha, one of the biggest breakthrough pop stars of the past year whose debut album, Animal, debuted at number one and has sold nearly one million copies in the U.S. alone. The 23-year-old has sung about everything from throwing up in Paris Hilton’s closet, to getting hit on by old men, to getting her heartbroken and being rejected by a guy.

But one thing she refuses to comment on: the leaked picture of her naked and covered in semen, which recently popped up on www.perezhilton.com. When asked about the picture in question, she says, “We’re not discussing that, thank you.”

Spending time in Sin City, Ke$ha was spotted strutting her stuff at Moorea Beach Club at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday (July 17). She posed for pictures as she made the public appearance before her scheduled Mandalay Bay Events Center gig as part of Rihanna’s “Last Girl on Earth” tour.

Ke$ha believes the secret to having a good party is being with your best friends.

The outspoken Tik Tok is often thought of as being a party-loving girl and now she has revealed what she thinks it takes to have a good time.

“There are a lot of things that make a good party,” said the 23-year-old, “it’s not where you are, like they think in Hollywood – it’s not all about getting into the hottest party.

“I 100% think it’s who you’re with. Get your best friends who are fun then wherever you go should be a good party,” Ke$ha explained.

As for her party outfits, the Blah Blah Blah hitmaker said she enjoys wearing “a lot of glitter and a nice pair of boots too. I don’t do heels – I like to run around and climb on stuff. You can’t do that in heels.”
