On Wednesday night, Ke$ha, along with her pals 3OH!3, hit the “American Idol” stage with their song “Blah Blah Blah.” The performance included dancing with TV heads and Ke$ha donning a Native American headdress while bouncing around the stage.

How does Ke$ha think the performance went?

“Well, I never really know, but I think it went pretty well from what I’ve heard from family members and friends and stuff,” she told MTV News via phone Thursday (March 18). ” … I think it came across like we were just having a good time onstage, like, just playing dress-up. And I was kind of making an ass of myself at the end, but whatever. I was having a good time. I hope it was infectious.”

Ke$ha has told Xfm that she’s such close friends with Kasabian, they’ve started having slumber parties. The ‘Tik Tok’ starlet was in full effect backstage at the NME Awards and clearly showing the rest of the ceremony how to ‘do’ rock’n’roll.

On her burgeoning friendship with Leicester’s finest, Ke$ha told us that they’d been getting together for sleepovers. Talking about what goes on at a typical K+K slumber party, she said

“[There’s] lots of beards and beers and, y’know, trannies dressed as animals, people passing out, little boys that look like girls…”

Adam Lambert apparently has a thing for blondes, and they don’t always have to be men ’cause dude just claimed he had a full on make out session with Ke$ha last week.

In an interview with BLI In The Morning, the gay “American Idol” runner-up revealed he recently played tonsil hockey with Baby Gaga herself.

Maybe she thought he looked like Mick Jagger.

“Ke$ha’s music is repulsive, obnoxious and ridiculously catchy,” reads a Rolling Stone review of her new, chart-topping debut album, Animal. Described by the artist as a celebration of “boys, boots, beer, boobs” and another B-word not suitable for Saturday-morning radio, Ke$ha’s debut album has sold more than 150,000 copies since its release on Jan. 5. She recently sat down with Weekend Edition Saturday host Scott Simon to talk about her music.

“With this record, I just want to make people happy,” Ke$ha says. “I think the whole record is a celebration of fun, youth and life.”

Ke$ha — pronounced KESH-ah — grew up in the music business. As the daughter of songwriter Pebe Sebert (“Old Flames Can’t Hold a Candle to You”), Ke$ha began writing songs with her mother after school.

Ke$ha, pronounced Kesh-ah, is the pop star of the moment and Scott Simon managed to pin her down, not literally, this week and talk to her about her debut album, “Animal.” An album that Rolling Stone magazine called “repulsive, obnoxious and ridiculously catchy.” I have to admit that after I watched the video to Ke$ha’s song, “Tik Tok” and listened to some of her CD, I thought that maybe she would have a bit of an “animalistic” side.

But there’s more to this girl than raunchy clothes and, at times, explicit lyrics. Ke$ha is not the type of girl who will let a bad word or two get her down. In fact, she doesn’t seem to let much get her down, not failed relationships or even “backstabbers.” If she’s ever feeling vulnerable she says she writes a song about it, calling it, “the best revenge.”
